Function generators, such as our Pure Wave® models, distribute a purely stable microprocessor-controlled output, and come standard with RS232 communications. The Pure Wave's microprocessor-controlled user interface does away with the clutter of the many mechanical buttons and knobs, which are usually associated with such feature-rich sophisticated instruments, and has become a benchmark for aesthetics and ease-of-use.

Global's pulse generators offer exact tailoring of pulse rates and duty cycles, and are perfect for any application requiring a precise variable pulse source.

PureWave Function Generators

Global Specialties' new Pure Wave line of function generators offers superior accuracy and flexibility, designed to meet the most demanding test and calibration applications. Four models are available in 2MHz, 5MHz, 10MHz, and 20MHz maximum frequency ranges. Microprocessor controls deliver a stable and accurate output with exceptional frequency stability and total harmonic distortion. Each unit comes with a standard RS-232 interface, as well as a 40 MHz external frequency counter.
