Dimensions Part No. Description

X2015 .025" Spacing Double Hook
  • .006" diameter wire double hook
  • Available in all ten colors
  • Construction:
    • Double contact hook ends, extension tubes, and plug return spring are all made of stainless steel.
    • All molded plastic parts are durable nylon.
    • .030" diameter pin is a gold-plated leaded nickel copper
  • Features:
    • Used with PQEP packages up to 0.5 mm lead pitch
    • Quality construction
    • Hooks and .030" pin plug are directly connected; no sliding parts
    • Hooks are stationary and the tip of the housing moves out to close the two hooks together
    • Board under test must be inactive when connecting hooks
P25 (color)

P25 Pico-Hook Adaptor with .025" (.635 mm) Square Pin

  • Available in all ten colors PLUS Kilo-Color capability
  • Construction:
    • P25 is a one-piece, gold-plated beryllium copper blade that forms hook, conductor, and .025" square pin. Permits connection to .025" square or .030" round push-on jumpers
    • Hook is designed for connection directly to a single leg of a DIP or to other components with a maximum diameter of .025"
    • Lightweight and Finger-eze Hypo Action permit hook-ups to delicate wires where weight and leverage may damage component
    • Barrier on tip prevents shorting between DIP legs

XM (color) E-Z-Micro-Hook Test Connectors
  • The XM Micro-Hook is designed for difficult IC test connections.
  • Lightweight (less than 1 gram) and Finger-eze Hypo Action permit direct hook-up to delicate wires where weight and leverage may damage component.
  • Insulated to a single contact point to assure true readings
  • Barrier on tip prevents shorting between DIP legs
  • Available in all 10 colors PLUS Kilo-Color capability
  • Construction:
    • One-piece beryllium copper, gold-plated conductor and hook per MIL G45204.
    • Made for connections over component leads up to .025" (.635 mm) diameter.
    • Durable nylon body and plunger
    • Stainless steel compression coil spring provides approximately 8 ounces (227 Grams) contact pressure
  • Field Serviceable:
    • To connect or replace releads, pull straight out on plunger until it slips free of body. Strip lead wire 3/4" (19 mm), feed wire through plunger and wrap around terminal as shown in Figure 1 (left). Solder, then cut off excess wire at solder point.

Double Gripper Test Connector

  • The Double Gripper is designed for hard to make test connections of varying sizes and shapes. The narrow configuraiton allows stacking of the test connectors side by side for high desnity IC packages and surface mount components.
  • Available in all 10 colors PLUS Kilo-Color capability
  • Construction:
    • A single contact blade of stainless steel formed into two hooks and two .025" square pins
    • Permits connection to .025" square or .031" round push on adapters and jumpers
    • The blade is retracted bya single stainless steel compression spring
    • Both the hypo action plunger and tip housing are molded in durable nylon
  • Features:
    • Double grip hooks assure solid positive contact
    • Narrow nose configuration (.050" width) is ideal for side-by-side stacking
    • Dual leads and application versatility
    • Easy-to-use spring loaded design
    • Availalbe in 10 standard colors (up to 100 color combinations)
    • Quality construction

X100W (color)

E-Z-Mini-Hook Test Connectors

  • Construction:
    • One-piece, gold-plated beryllium copper conductor and hook per MIL G45204
    • Square hole tip design permits direct hook-up either vertically or horizontally over square wire wrapped pins
    • Hook fits over component leads up to .040" (1.016 mm) diameter
    • Durable nylon body and plunger
    • Stainless steel compression coil spring provides approximateliy 16 ounces (454 grams) contact pressure
    • Available in all 10 colors PLUS Kilo-Color capability
  • Field Serviceable:
    • To connect or replace lead, pull straight out on plunger until it slips free of body.
    • Strip lead wire 3/4" (19 mm), feed wire through plunger and wrap around terminal as shown in Figure 1 (left). Solder
    • Cut off excess wire at solder point
    • Reassemble, making sure that terminal and nylon fins enter their respective grooves
    • Keep slack in lead wire pulled out while assembling ro prevent binding
